Frank has been tortured, embarrassed, and humiliated – usually on film – by his brother Bruce his entire life. Now that Bruce has finally kicked drugs and turned his life around, things should be different. But when Frank’s one-night stand with a distressed young woman takes a turn towards the strange, Bruce’s camera is ready, as usual, to capture it…and share it with the world. When the young woman turns out to be the daughter of Jack, the crazed and violent former TV star Bruce roomed with in rehab, the two brothers must work together to get the embarrassing footage back before Jack sees it.  And, when it ends up on the internet, they seek the aid of Phil, Bruce’s old cell-mate, a computer hacker now going by the more gender-appropriate name of Phyllis. Unfortunately for them, the former Phil has no intention of helping them for free.
