FILMMAKER T. MICHAEL CONWAY SIGNS VOD DISTRIBUTION DEAL FOR “JUNE 9”

Found-footage horror film to be released via Gravitas Ventures

Kent, OH December 20, 2008 – Legion Filmworks finalized an agreement with Gravitas Ventures for the Video-On-Demand (VOD) release of writer-director T. Michael Conway's feature-length film, “June 9,” an inventive horror tale that documents the final days of a group of missing teens via found videotape footage. “June 9,” will be released January 1, 2009, and is represented by Mark Steven Bosko of The Bosko Group.

The Gravitas VOD deal will make “June 9” available to more than 8 million viewers across the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Gravitas programs 15 films per month to dozens of cable, satellite, and telco VOD providers including Charter Communications, DISH Network, RCN and Verizon FIOS.

“Today, audiences have more avenues than ever to gain access to entertainment, and thanks to Gravitas, my film is now going to be available via perhaps the most "direct" pathway – VOD.
