GRAVITAS VENTURES SIGNS MULTI-YEAR LICENSING DEAL WITH STREET TUNING LEADER STAGE 10 PRODUCTIONS

Comprehensive new media rights deal covers cable video on demand (VOD), satellite pay per view (PPV), internet protocol television (IPTV), and electronic sell through (EST).

LOS ANGELES- March 29, 2007 Gravitas Ventures, a world class new media distributor, formalized a relationship with Stage 10 productions by signing a multi-year licensing agreement. Under the deal the Stage 10 Productions JDM Insider series of street tuning and drift car racing documentaries will have the opportunity to reach over 100 million households and hotel rooms in North America and an even larger worldwide audience.

The Stage 10 productions library contains some of the most well known Japanese drifting titles including JDM Insider Kansai Adventure Vol. 1, JDM Insider Kansai Adventure Vol. 2 and JDM Insider The Kanto Tuners. In the JDM INSIDER series industry veteran and Stage 10 founder Toshi Hayama goes behind the scenes to chronicle the thrilling and oftentimes hilarious Japanese import racing and street tuning culture.

Gravitas Ventures, through its licensing arrangement with Warner Digital Distribution successfully sells to dozens of clients in the video on demand (VOD), pay per view (PPV), internet protocol television (IPTV), and electronic sell through (EST) marketplace. Under this agreement programs from Stage 10 Productions will be available to industry leaders such iNDEMAND, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Cable, Cablevision, TVN, AT&T, Verizon, Direct TV, Dish Network, On Command, Lodge Net, Apple i-Tunes, Microsoft X-Box, Amazon Unbox, CinemaNow, Movielink and many more.
