GRAVITAS VENTURES SIGNS MULTI-YEAR INTERNATIONAL LICENSING DEAL WITH WARNER DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION

Comprehensive new media rights deal covers cable video on demand (VOD), satellite pay per view (PPV), internet protocol television (IPTV) and electronic sell through (EST)

LOS ANGELES- April 26th, 2007 Gravitas Ventures, a world class new media distributor, extended its relationship with Warner Digital Distribution by signing a multi-year international licensing agreement. Under the agreement artists and producers represented by Gravitas will have the opportunity to reach over 100 million households and hotel rooms in the United States and Canada and an even larger worldwide on-line audience.

Warner Digital Distribution successfully licenses to dozens of clients in the video on demand (VOD), pay per view (PPV), internet protocol television (IPTV), and electronic sell through (EST) marketplace. Under this agreement Gravitas Ventures programs will be available to industry leaders such as iNDEMAND, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Cable, Cablevision, TVN, AT&T, Verizon, Direct TV, Dish Network, On Command, Lodge Net, Apple i-Tunes, Microsoft X-Box, Amazon Unbox, CinemaNow, Movielink and many more.
